FAQ

Our routers automatically and transparently fail over traffic and sessions to the 4G or 5G backup connection the moment the primary fiber or DSL link goes down. For sites with hybrid connections, the router can also route traffic based on a defined policy, keeping service and applications working even if the site is fully cut off from the network.

Yes. Our branch routers with voice gateway function included have interfaces and software that includes specific handling for fax and payment terminal traffic over IP, so those devices keep working without replacing the physical terminals themselves.

You can mix tiers. Because every router in the range runs the same operating system, you can size each site individually, a compact router for a small branch, a hardened platform for headquarters, while managing the whole fleet the same way.

For any multi-service access router configuration, a life cycle analysis form can be delivered on request. The CO2 impact per year of usage is provided based on country of utilization.
