We are committed to integrity, fairness and transparency in our relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and public authorities. We do not tolerate corruption, influence peddling or unfair business practices.
Our compliance program supports applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery requirements, including the French Sapin II law. It includes third-party due diligence, conflict-of-interest management, and controls over gifts and hospitality.
These principles are set out in our Group Code of Conduct and extended, where relevant, to business partners through our Supplier Code of Conduct.
All employees are expected to act with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Regular training and awareness programs help them understand and apply our rules of conduct.
Employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders can report concerns in good faith about possible violations of our policies, Group Code of Conduct or applicable laws. This includes concerns relating to human rights, corruption, competition and environmental protection.
Our whistleblowing system is designed to allow concerns to be raised confidentially and without fear of retaliation. Reports are reviewed by our Compliance function, with oversight from the relevant committees, and followed up with corrective or remedial action where needed.
